Brief Answer:
Endoscopic Ear Surgery is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Your symptoms suggest a longstanding ear problem known as CSOM (Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media).

2. The ear drum repair can be done via Endoscopic Ear Surgery if the mastoid bond is healthy. There are no visible stitches in this type of ear surgery, except where the graft is taken from above the ear. In many cases the graft is sourced from the tragus and in this case there is no visible cut. All the incisions are within the ear canal.

3. Get mastoid x-rays done and upload them along with hearing tests. If possible, get an endoscopic image of the ear drums.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
