Brief Answer:
She is on right treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Metformin is the best medication for PCOD and specially when associated with thyroid problems.

Any sort of medications may not completely cure the PCOD, only they can improve the follicular development and increase the chance of pregnancy.

It does take time for the medications to show some effect you may have to wait for another 2 to 3 months to see some improvement in the fertility.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Its normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Its normal for the semen to leak out after intercourse. Only 1 ml of semen is enough to fertilize the egg.

The best period to attempt is from 10th day of the cycle to 18th day of the cycle.
