Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

These episodes could be related to epilepsy seizures or TIA (transient ischemic attacks). For this reason, I would recommend performing an EEG to investigate for seizures and a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries to investigate for possible blood vessels narrowing.

An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring to investigate for possible cardiac arrhythmia is necessary too. You should discuss with his doctor on the above tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful! Wishing you good health.

Dr. Iliri
