Brief Answer:
diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection occurs in patients who are having altered consciousness, intensive care unit (ICU) admission for two weeks, tracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, number of changes in antibiotics of around 4, exposure to carbapenems, exposure to fourth-generation cephalosporins and who are exposed to piperacillin tazobactams or cefoperazone sulbactams group of antbiotics and glycopeptides.

This type of infection should be treated by antimicrobial drugs such as fosfomycin and tigecycline.

The side effects of the antibiotics are diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, headache, weakness, back pain and vaginal itching or discharge.

The drug is contraindicated in kidney disease and clostridium difficile bacteria related colitis.

The medicine should not be taken with antacids and calcium salts.

Toxicity includes acute hepatitis but it is very rare.

Brief Answer:
Maintaining hand hygeine

Detailed Answer:
Hi

To prevent carbapenem resistant klebsiella pneumoniae infection from spreading patients should clean their hands very often including before preparing or eating food, before touching their eyes, nose, or mouth, before and after changing wound dressings or bandages, after using the restroom, after blowing their nose coughing, or sneezing and after touching hospital surfaces such as bed rails, bedside tables, doorknobs, remote controls or the phone.

Yes there is a national centre for disease control in XXXXXXX and it is located in Sham XXXXXXX Marg in New XXXXXXX and one can report poor quality of care in major post op patients in this center.

If you have no more clarifications then please rate the answer and close the thread.
