Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic
I can understand your concern. ADHD or attention deficit hyperactive disorder is a psychiatric disorder in which symptoms of poor attention, hyperactivity and impulsivity are seen. Mood symptoms some times result in inappropriate social behaviour. But since he is 24 years age so at this age possibility of bipolar disorder should also be ruled out.
For his symptoms of hitting vehicles or hitting women proper evaluation is needed. Such symptoms could be occurring due to impulsivity. Some times due to hyper sexuality individuals might show such behaviour of touching woman. But have you seen if he hits woman or touching then inappropriately? Please mention this in follow up. Also mention his other persisting symptoms.
What are the doses of sodium valproate and Risperidone?
Thanks. Please provide me details I follow up.
Thank you for your reply.
My Son does not touch women. he only wants to hit them two shots on the chest. with that he stops.
Also the dosage are as follows.
1000mg of Valporine (600 in the morning and 400 in the afternoon)
1mg Resperidone( in the evening) if the need arises we give him 2mgs.
Awaiting your reply
Kind regards,

The dose of Risperidone can be increased.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again, please excuse me for late reply
Then this is an impulsive behaviour most probably. In my opinion the medicines are not controlling his symptoms properly. If he has no other significant symptoms then in such case one option is to increase the dose of Risperidone.
Increasing the dose of Risperidone to 2-3 mg per day will help in reducing this impulsive behaviour. Valporin will control his sudden mood swings. So please discuss with his doctor and ask for increasing the dose of Risperidone to 3 mg per day regularly. This will control his symptoms, no need to worry.
Thanks, Hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
