Brief Answer:
ultrasound for abdomen and pelvis

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your health problem and suffering.
I would like to suggest you to discuss with your physician to stop pregabalin for a period of about a week to ten days and take tablet tramadol thrice a day till pain is relieved.
In some pregabalin can cause lower abdominal discomfort.
But if the pain increases or persists then you need to get an ultrasound done for abdomen and pelvis.
Hope for the best.

Brief Answer:
ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
I know what you are going through.
Try tramadol and avoid pregabalin and if it still persists then ultrasound is a must.
If you are very anxious or pain is very bothersome then get an ultrasound at the earliest so that the disease can be assessed early.
