Brief Answer:
need a diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can try using hemorrhoid creams and suppositories that you can buy over the counter to see if they will give you any relief but you really need to see a doctor for an exam to get an accurate diagnosis.
It may be hemorrhoids that have ulcerated causing sore, an abrasion or infection or something else more serious like an inflammatory bowel disease.
You may need to see a gastroenterologist to get a colonoscopy to get an complete diagnosis.
Start with your primary care doctor and let them look at what is going on and go from there. If you do not have a primary care doctor consider going to an urgent care center so that you can be seen soon.
I hope you get some relief soon.
Regards,
Dr Robinson
