Question: Hi
I am 10 weeks pregnant and for the last 4 weeks i have taken Magnesium tablets in addition to my pregnancy tablets.
The pregnancy tablets contain 1.9mg of Vitamin B6. And I only just now noticed that the Magnesium tablets also contain B6 34.5mg per Tablet. I have been taking 2 magnesium tablets in addition to my pregnancy tablet.
I am very worried I may have overdosed on B6 and harmed my baby. Please advise.
