The choice of hospital is yours but check for NABL certifications like Manipal, Apollo, Fortis etc. These are the following tests in the order of importance.

Blood pressure, Weight, Waist and BMI
Hemogram
HbA1c
FBS & PPBS
Lipid profile
Liver function tests
Vit D3
Kidney function tests
Treadmill Test
Thyroid function test
Urinalysis
