Suggest Remedy For Sudden Hip Pain

Question: I was bending over the dishwasher and got a sudden pain in my right hip below my waist. It hurts some to walk and especially reaching down even if just a little. Should I rest it or try to go about walking, etc.?

Simple Tylenol doesn't help much.I add skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
