Brief Answer:
It is suggestive of fungal infection of the penile area

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the cuts over the penile skin.

After analyzing your query as per your age it is suggestive of fungal infection of the penile area.

It is common due to either improper hygiene or due to increase or fluctuations in sugar level.

I suggest you to wash the area gently for two times. Get you blood sugar levels checked.

In my patients I suggest them to apply Sertaconazole cream very thinly over the affected area. Meet a dermatologist for a personalised help.

I hope this helps.
