Question: I did go to the ER yesterday for pains in stomach around belly button going to right side. The pain was unbearable they ran a catscan and drew blood. They said I had an urinary tract infection with hematuria site unspecified with inflamtion. they did an antibodic IV drip and sent me home with antibodics and pain meds. I am unable to eat and in pain still. debating if I need to go back in or wait for the meds to work.

I also want to add my BP was 121/68 and pulse was 74

Brief Answer:
BP fine, if pain doesn't improve please seek help again

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

antibiotics should normally help in a situation like yours within 1-2 days, means symptoms should improve. If not then i would usually recommend seeking professional help again. BP and pulse are within normal range, that is a good sign though.

Hope this is helping you, best regards
