Dear sir,
I suffered acidity and lack of motion problem from past 6 months,
stomach pain comes left and right i could not justify when stomach becomes hard due to acidity
I had piles problem from past 4 years.
I used veg and non veg both.
presently my situation is serious i could not getup from bed,please mention any medicine which can help me to get rid of my problem.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your updates.
Based on the facts of your query and updates,
All Your problems of Acidity and left stomach pain/swelling/harness are due to Piles with Fisure In Ano?,which you suffer from last 4 yrs.
As you are having Constipation with Piles?Fissure?-
I would suggest you as follows-
Tab Dulcolax 2 at night.
Plenty of fluids /Bland liquid diet/ low on solid intake for 5 days time.
Anovate cream locally would give relief from any local pains and relieve the spasm
You suffer from.
Tab Motrin 400 mgm
Tab Ciplox 500 mgm would resolve the infection and inflammatory pains.
Rest and Foot end Elevation-
Sitz Bath with warm dettol solution x 3 days would relieve your problem
Surgeon's Check up and proctoscopy to confirm nature of Piles and Fissure if any is suggested after 5 days of this care at home.
