As per your symptoms, you possibly seem to have Acne Vulgaris.This can be quite stubborn to handle.
Considering your age flares of acne are common .
You require a combination of oral and systemic antiacne therapy to offer an effective cure.
I generally prescribe oral pills of Doxycycline for 3 weeks along with once daily bedtime application of Adapalene cream for 3 weeks.
At the same time, it's important to avoid junk and fatty food.
Adequate hydration with 3 to 4 liters of water will be of great help.
Use Mild soaps like Dove to get rid of oil layer accumulation on the skin.
Please check with your physician, if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
