Question: I had Fibroid Resection Hystereoscope last week as doctor shaved 5 cm submucosal inside the uterine cavity.
my question is since the doctor did not remove the whole fibroid but shaved some part of it will I see any improvement in my periods and get relief and lead anirmal life .

secondly, after this procedure I am still having pelvic pain and light bleeding. When will it settle down?

Hello Mrs XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes you will see significant decrease in amount of bleeding in first period itself and will improve more over subsequent 3-6 months.
This pain and slight bleeding can persist for 10-15 days more and in case bothersome then you can take combination of tranexemic acid and mefanemic acid tablet thrice a day for 3-5 days (till bleeding and pain persists).
And in case it doesn't respond to the tablet or persists for a long time then visit your gynecologist as she might like to put you on hormones.
