Question: Hi, A rare bubble has grown next to my thumb, it causes sever paid when touched and adds pressure to my foot. Please see attached.

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have a small blister on your toe. It is most often due to infection or because of an in growing toe nail. Sometimes footwear which pinch at that area can also cause this
Here is what you should do

1. Do not meddle with it, like pinching or touching it
2. Make sure your footwear doesnt pinch on it
3. Approach a surgeon for local examination. Short course of antibiotics like clindamycin for 3 days will take care of it.
4. If there is in growing toe nail then it might have to be removed
