Brief Answer:
Low chances of heart attack

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Heart attacks come packed with severe and debilitating pain unless if you are a diabetic. Further it causes severe restriction of physical activity. Therefore if this ache isn't severe, if you are not breathless and if you are able to climb flight of stairs without issues, then it is less likely to be 'heart attack'.

Assuming you are otherwise alright and have no other associated complaints this perhaps is due to 'emotion / anxiety induced'. However before we completely rule out 'heart attack', I will urge you to see a physician / emergency room where ECG can be recorded.

Hope this answered your question.

Regards
