Brief Answer:
Can be due to urinary infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild pain and pressure that you are feeling is due to normal uterine contractions after D&C. It is a normal finding. In case the pain is recurrent and is severe then you can get your urine examination and culture done to rule out a urinary infection.
You can take ashpkarishta which is a general uterine tonic.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Thanks doc.for the reply.. That pain was also during my pregnancy.
And about ashokarishta .. M a bit confused.
Plus can u tell me, any probability that some tissues r left from scrapping out in the procedure?
If not, then symptoms for that and for that any precautions?

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan can detect left over pieces.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pain is not likely to be due to a left over tissue inside. Only an ultrasound scan can confirm this.
In case the pain is persistent and you have intermittent mild bleeding or your next periods are delayed then get an ultrasound scan done.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
If the pain is mild and intermittent then there is no need to worry. If there is associated fever, bleeding or urinary pain then you need to consult your gynecologist.
The pain should subside in next 2-3 weeks.
It is not related to gastritis.
You can start taking Ashokarishta after your first normal periods.
Regards.
