Brief Answer:
probably gastritis; cardiac pain to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for posting to us.

It will be fine if you can give few more details.

Kindly mention your age and sex.
Is the pain increasing on exertion or associated with excessive sweating or nausea?
Do you have previous history of gastritis /peptic ulcer disease/cardiac pain.
Any medical illnesses like diabetes/hypertension/hypercholesterolemia?Any such illness running in your family?
Are you a smoker?
Are you on any regular medications?

Kindly get back with details.

Anyhow, this pain can be due to alcohol induced gastritis. But definitely we have to rule out cardiac cause also. A physical examination and ECG is necessary for evaluation.
Kindly see your doctor with out delay.
Meanwhile avoid spicy and fried items/alcohol/tobacco.

Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
