Suggest Remedy For Oral Thrush And Infection After Oral Sex

Question: Hello. I gave my boyfriend oral sex three days ago, and the following day my throat kind of hurt and it still does. It doesnt hurt to swallow, it just hurts. He is clean from STD/HIV. I have given him oral sex before and it didnt happen before, only once. I took amocicillin during that time and i got oral thrush. So im scared ill get it again if i take it. Is this normal for it to be irritated after oral? What can i do?
