Suggest Remedy For Lump On Throat While Swallowing

Question: hi, it feel like i have a lump on the left side of my upper throat when i swallow, i need to swallow more often, i feel like there is more mucas caught in my throat, i feel like i have pressure in my left ear, i get severe heart burn randomly ,can't find a lump in my throat or neck area

As per the description, it looks like you acquired infection of that area . Because of the associated inflammation,you are feeling like a lump.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Avoid Cool drinks.

It could be Chronic infection.

It could be Chronic infection.
Sometimes, acute attack may occur over the chronic one.
But,you have to be examined clinically by an ENT doctor.
If at all a swelling is visible, then you may need FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) or Biopsy for the exact diagnosis.
