Brief Answer:
Stop the Clavum and take ORS as well as a prebiotic .

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I am Dr Tripathi .
I would like to inform you that diarrhea is very common and well known side effect of tab clavum. So in my opinion first you should stop this medicine.

Follow these simple measures along with this.
1. Ask her to drink plenty of fluid or ORS.
2. Take soft diet along with curd
3. Take prebiotic such as bifilac that contains lactobacillus etc.if available.
Most important is stopping of clavam and maintaining adequate hydration .
Hope this will help. Of course, any change in prescription medication needs to be discussed with your primary doctor first.

If you have any other concerns please feel free to message .
