Brief Answer:
Grade-II haemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. I concluded form your statement that your father is suffering from constipation & hemorrhoids. The medications including omez & digene are for Acid Peptic disease. If not advised by doctor then do not take for current issues. I'll discuss both symptoms separately for your ease:

1. Constipation:
There are two types of constipation. First, absolute constipation (in which patient is neither able to pass stool nor gas) and second, relative constipation (in which patient can pass gas but no stool). As you mentioned that he is passing gas so in this case it seems to be relative constipation, some general measures can be taken which in most of the cases relieves constipation. As your father is also eating less so it may also cause constipation. If it does not help in 2-3 days then you need to visit hospital. Following measures help to relieve it:
> Drink plenty of fluids
> Eat fresh fruits & vegetables
> Take high fiber diet (beans, lentils, etc)
> OTC stool softners can also help to relieve constipation

2. Hemorrhoids:
From the statement your father gave i have concluded that he is having grade 2 hemorrhoids. In this state, on defecation it comes out but does not causes pain and later on gets reduced manually. Constipation is a very important factor in deteriorating hemorrhoids. In case of grade 1, medical therapy is advised while in rest of the cases surgical therapy is usually indicated. I would suggest you to visit hospital for a surgeon who will examine them first and then will decide further treatment.

Conclusion:
> Relative constipation in most of the cases get resolves with general measures but if it does not help then kindly visit hospital for digital rectal examination & further assessment.
> Hemorrhoids mostly require surgical resection for which you need to take an appointment for a surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
