Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Swallowing Post Thyroid Surgery

Question: I have been experiencing swallowing difficulties for about 3 months. Associated with that onset has been a need for more daytime naps. Some years previously, I had thyroid surgery and "half the thyroid" removed due to imagery of nodules. The nodules were benign.

I would suggest more detailed information regarding the Swallowing difficulty-
Is it with Regurge with acid reflux after meals only? When swallowing difficulty is noticed in last 3 months?
Any investigations done in this regard?update any reports of doctors or radiological or endoscopic investigations done so far?
Please update the list of current medicines taken for other health ailments to study if any othese are causing this problem?
Is it for solids or for liquids only.?
Any problems in thyroid surgery during the post-operative recovery periods in the wound of the surgery?
What sort of diet you take-? is it spicy nonveg with alcohol? what is the frequency of such diet?
Are you sedentary currently or active whole day?
