Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Light Headedness
Question: Hopefully you can help me. It's been 15 days since my symptoms began. Started with horrible abdominal pain which turned into constant nausea,loose stools, lightheadedness, and now my stools have turned green. The ultrasound showed everything normal as did numerous blood tests. Could there be a parasite?

The possible cause for symptoms is likely to be infective diarrhoea or Acute Gastroenteritis . Presence of normal Ultrasound scan report is very reassuring and rules out any significant problem.
I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure good intake of water
2. Acid Suppressant like Pantoprozole along with antiemtic like Domperidone will be helpful.
3. Probiotic will help reduce frequency of loose stool
4. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber

Would (food grade) diatomaceous earth help to kill any parasites? I googled "green stool" and it said that giardia could be a cause of that.

It would not be helpful . A course of antibiotic like Metronidazole for 7 days will help cure associated giardia if thats the cause.
