Brief Answer:
Seems like acute food poisoning or gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you have suffered from an acute attack of food poisoning or gastritis. Either it be due to any gastric irritant or contamination in recent foods you took or due to stomach lining itself which can be inflamed and lead to such intolerance towards food and caused you to vomit that out.

Simple measures which can help you are take soft diets and fluids.

Use motility agents like domperidone before meals which will help with gastritis motility and quick emptying towards intestines.

In case of loss motions after such episodes, or severe pain or cranos are presebt, use anti spasmodic like drotaverine.

You can use dimenhydrinate or prochlorperazine tablets to act on emesis centres in brain leading to improvement with your symptoms.

Use antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole for stomach irritation or inflammation.

Avoid fizzy drinks, spicy and greasy foods.

If profuse vomiting have occurred use oral rehydration salts to replenish the lost electrolytes and salts.

If vomiting persist consult your GP to run liver function tests, serum amylase, electrolytes and renal function tests to assess for other causes of vomiting possible in yiur case.

Hopingyou a speedy recovery. if you have any more questions, feel free to ask else kindly close the discussion. Regards.
