Question: often times by the middle of the day my stomach is very bloated and full and I feel very tired

I'm 24 about 200 pounds.
I always have a real fruit smoothie
some tea
and hot pockets or something for breakfast.

if I don't use an alarm I often sleep for 10 hours and 30 minutes. and I can easily sleep longer.

I exercise at the gym maybe once a week
I don't drink soda
