Brief Answer:
Anticholinergics, Botox or antidepressants.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It is necessary first to diagnose the problem related to your bladder, if it is a problem with storage of urine ( urgency ) or a problem with emptying.

Anticholinergic drugs such oxybutynin, solifenacin, trospium etc. may be used to improve bladder emptying urgency.

Botox injections into the bladder muscle also is one option.

Antidepressants such imipramine, duloxetine also are found to be effective in improving bladder problems.

It is necessary to get evaluated by an Urologist about your concerns, and prescription of the correct treatment,

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
