Brief Answer:
You seem to have Over Active Bladder (OAB)

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for query .

Loss of control over bladder at this age could be due to what is called as Over Active Bladder (OAB)

Taking Darifenacin or Solifenacin twice daily will help to regain control over urgency for urination. However I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and treatment .

As regards your problem of erectile dysfunction it is mostly Psychological in nature and is due to anxiety .Taking Sildenafil (Viagra) one hour before planned sex will help to get hard erection and to enjoy sex .

You need to consult qualified Psychiatrist for assessment and further treatment .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hi there doctor, I am doing pretty well now. It seems like my bladder can not hold as much as it used to. Sometimes I have the urge to go and only a moderate amount of urine comes out. And I still have a little bit of pain in my urethra if I let...

Good evening. I was searching for over the counter medication for over active bladder.

I was taking vesicare .5 for about 6 weeks for urge incontinence. The vesicare seemd to help - about a 70% solution but I had dry mouth. My doctor suggested I try myrbetriq since it did not have a side effect of dry mouth. I ve been taking myrbetriq for about 1 1/2 weeks and been having headaches and became constipated. I was not constipated on the vesicare. I m thinking I should go back to vesciare. Would increasing the vesicare dosage from .5 to .10 increase its effectiveness for the incontinence?

My uroligist told me today I would have to deal with the cinstipation! I am a 69 yr. old female. Help!!
