Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The butterflies or tingling sensations can be due to

Allergic reaction (most probably due to Zpac tablet)

Zpac allergy usually causes tingling sensation in oral cavity, tongue, gums. Kindly consult your doctor as early as possible if you are also developing rashes, breathing difficulty, facial edema.

Allergy is managed by
: Discontinuing the causative drug (Zpac in your case)
: Take antiallergic tablet like Cetrizine/Fexofenadine etc.
: If breathing difficulty, hydrocortisone injection along with oxygen might be given.

There is one more possibility - Tingling due to systemic infection. If it is only tingling and occurring with fever, body ache, weakness, it might be due to infection.

It will subside on its own after control of infection. You are taking Zpac which is a very good antibiotic for sore throat.

Hope it will help you. If still any doubt, do let me know.

Thanks. Take care.
