Brief Answer:
Magnesium supplement to start

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The bad pain you got in the shin of your leg at night (cramp) could be due to:
- work overload of your legs during the day
- vitamins/minerals deficiency especially when it comes to magnesium, calcium
- deep vein thrombosis/insufficiency (do you notice any blackened veins on the leg?)

For the moment, I advise to start magnesium multivitamins, and keep well hydrated. Take OTC painkillers for the pain.

Hope it helps.
