Brief Answer:
Practice workplace ergonomics...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Most people develop occupation related back aches from prolonged seated jobs. It is important to practice good work place ergonomics. This is the key to treating occupation related back aches. The below link lists a few important ergonomic practices to be followed at work.

Besides this, it would also be worthwhile to consult an orthopedician. You may need a few blood investigations to check hemoglobin, calcium, vitamin D level besides radiological tests of spine.

I will request you to consider the two options with pain medictions, back exercise and physiotherapy.

Hope this answers your question.
