Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, I would advise an ER assessment to rule out the possiblity of a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack ) or CVA (Cerebrovascular accident ). The face can be examined and checked for facial nerve palsy. A neurological exam can be done to look for a possible focal neurological deficit. Blood pressure can be checked as well.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
