Hello Dear,

Thanks for writing to us.

You can follow these steps to clear oily face and keep fresh all the day:

1) Wash your face 2-3 times daily - morning, afternoon and night. You can use lukewarm water and gentle cleanser which contains Neem, Haldi and XXXXXXX If above regimen is NOT effective, you can try another cleanser, containing Benzoyl peroxide, Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid etc.

2) Use a gentle facial scrub 1-2 times a week and oil-free moisturizers which contain dimethicone instead of petroleum and is NOT to be acne-prone. You should use sun-screen also before going to outdoor activity.

3) Take healthy diet and AVOID fatty, fried, too much salty or sugary foods. Drink fruit juice at least once per day and intake plenty of water (2 to 2.5 lit/ day). Take more green vegetables, citrus fruits, legumes, whole grain etc. You need to control mental stress by doing meditation or yoga on regular basis.
