Q1-What ointmrnt should i use-
Ans-1-a-You can use Dettol dilute solution-for cleaning the wound daily-once / or twice-if need be.
You many need to use Betadine ointment only infection occurs-apply a thin smear on the cut lines,would prevent any infection
Q-1-b- and will scar will diappear or not ?

Ans-2-Scars will disappear in 3 mtht time,as the cut wounds are superficial cuts.
Few large and wide cuts,may vanish in 6 mths time.

Q-2-a-how can i cure this fastly and

Ans-2-a-Eat high protein food /
Give Rest to Forearm wound areas/
Keep the wounds dry with a smear of betadine ointment/

For fast healing- add-Voltaren gel -local thin smear application x 2 times a day- would reduce any inflammation and would heal it fast also.
Prevent any dirt collection on the cut wounds.
Avoid it to get infected by above means.
If discharge from cut wounds- gets infected and wound gets infected,healing would be delayed.

Q-2-b- how much time will it take-

Ans-2-b-Most cuts being superficial, would heal in 6-7 days time,
but few wide and long may take 10-12 days time.
If these cuts get infected-healing would be delayed and would need Doctors help and dressings under his guidance and medicines.

For Fast-cure -use Voltaren Gel- with thin smears along with betadine thin smears.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for the update query.
They should be applied separately as follows-
1-First-Apply Betadine-oint -with thin smear along the cut lines x 2 times a day-with 12 hrly interval-Morning and Evening.
2-After- 2 hrs later-You can apply-Voltaren gel-round the uncut areas nearby the cut lines.
Don't put Voltaren gel along the Cut lines-not to disturb the antiseptic betadine ointment.
Thin smears need to be applied and avoid dirt or watering of these cut wounds.
