Question: i have trouble falling asleep. what would you recommend? I Am a bit leery about taking sleeping pills.

Hello, and thanks for your question.

There are many safe nonaddictive sleep aids. I recommend over the counter Melatonin, starting with 3 mg and going up to as high as 10 mg nightly until effective. Another option is Diphenhydramine, 25 mg to 50 mg a night. These are both over the counter and safe.
