Question: I have what started with what I thought was an unaffected cuticle. I put neosporin on it and bandaged. This has been going on for about 10 days it is inflamed and when I put into peroxide it have many bubbling spots. Like little blisters. Ski is inflamed and red. Cuticle seems to be separating from nail

You need treatment with oral antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice daily for a week.
If there is no response you need to meet a surgeon for drainage of pus.
