Hello Doctor XXXXXXX -

I have uploaded good resolution pictures ,hope this will help out . I am bachelor and not involved in intercourse yet but i had infection(balinitis or etc) twice 3 -4 months before where my foreskin got swollenup and some liquid started coming out (I assume like once swollen part got pressed then it came out ) . To prevent from that i applied neosprin tube . Though i am fit and fine but black patches worry me a lot.

Can you help me here please? Is there any cream to remove black patched or any way i can get clean foreskin back.

Brief Answer:
Post inflammatory hypopigmentation, topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for uploading the pictures.

This seems most likely a mucosal hyperpigmentation which is post-inflammatory in your case.

The cream that you shoukd use is of topical topical steroid. The steroid component in this cream is supposed to benefit this type of hyperpigmentation. Hence you notice an improvement with this cream. But these agents are prescription based agent and require valid prescription. So I would suggest you to see dermatologist for examination and for medicines.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
