Question: I now have arthritis in my spine with excruciating pain. Years ago after a process of elimination norco and dilaudid are the only drugs I can take. My Dr has me on 4.5 pills a day of norco and I've never taken that have no other options. Also been taking some naproxen after my pharmacist advised to help the pain

Brief Answer:
Be honest and tell your doctor that your pains have increased.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain and the difficulty getting your preferred medications. This is true and very common to see clients rather die in pains that get the drugs they need because of very strict las. I will suggest that you simply make your doctor to understand that you are in increased pains recently. This way, he will assess your pain and probably be the first to recommend this and not you. This take away the feeling and prejudice of maybe you trying to acquire and abuse medications.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
