Brief Answer: these are disease of poor posture Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Widows hump and shoulder slumping are disease of poor posture, sitting on chair for long time or sitting in front of computers. I would suggest you following things 1. Use a flat bed for sleeping with firm mattress. 2. Meet a physio and learn back extension and shoulder stretching exercises. 3. Avoid sitting in same posture for long time. 4. Take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz if pain is very severe. 5. Daily take a warm shower, put warm water over neck and shoulder, Diclofenac ointment just after that will add more relaxation. Let me know if you want to ask any thing else. Remember that you were not born with these issues so they are correctable, you just need some time. Regards,
