Brief Answer:
Take simple analgesics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

If you had an xray and ruled out fracture and hematoma, persisting pain indicates a contusion(soft tissue injury leading to inflammation ). This will respond to simple analgesics for a few days.
If you aren't allergic, you can take Advil( ibuprofen) 400mg thrice daily after food till your appointment. Ranitidine 150mg twice daily will help reducing associated dyspepsia.

Meanwhile continue ice pack application and keep the limb elevated.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have further questions, I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
