Brief Answer:
tylenol or opiates

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You recently had prostate biopsy and experiencing pain and you want to know what pain medication would be OK to take. The only pain medications that are contraindicated is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories as they can cause bleeding. You can use tylenol or any opiate based medications like tramadol, vicodin or oxycodone. We can no prescribe medications through this website. You will need to contact your medical provider for any of the strong pain medications like vicodin or oxycodone
