Brief Answer:
Methylcobalamin etc

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, diabetic patients are prone to neuropathy.
A commonly used vitamin to avoid this is methylcobalamin.
Second, brain is also affected commonly and dementia in old age are common.
So thiamine is needed.
Third , patients of diabetes are at risk of cardiac events. Folate is needed here to avoid homocysteine deficiency.
So I suggest the same.
Lastly , vitamin D is usually low in diabetics. So you need to supplement this as well.

So I suggest you take these vitamins.
Market is filled with combination medicines for this eg Homocheck and Calcerol etc.
You can select as per local availability.

In case you have some specific needs let me know. I will suggest specifically for those needs as well.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
