Brief Answer:
You might tolerate Esterase better.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Here are a few thoughts:

1. It's possible the premarin cream is making you sick (I am assuming nausea?), but if you are on narcotic pain killers or NSAID pain meds, these would be more likely to make you feel nauseated. I don't know if you are still on these but they are commonly given post-op. Also, if you are within a few days of your surgery, the anesthetics and the physical manipulation during surgery could leave you feeling sick.

2. There are other forms of estrogen cream that you might tolerate better such as Esterace.

3. It might be the dose that is bothering you. Possibly a lower dose would be more tolerable but still help you heal.

I strongly advise that you call the gynecologist who prescribed you the premarin cream. She or he need to know what is going on.

I hope this information helps and that you are feeling better soon.
