Brief Answer:
I would like to observe her for danger signs

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Most of the time loose stool(not mixed with blood or mucus) in this age occur due to some viral infection.
I won't get worried if stool is not mixed with blood or mucus, she is accepting feeds,active/playful,passing urine normally and there is no vomiting.
The green color of stool during diarrhea is usially not due to bacterial infection but due to increased intestinal motility.Due to increased intestinal motility the green pigment could not get changed to the yellow pigment which is responsible for normal color of stool.

You have mentioned in the medical history that she is already getting zinc, ondensetron and nitazoxanide.
Nitazoxanide is an antibiotic. So there is no need of adding another antibiotic as it will not change the course.
I would suggest you to continue giving zinc, nitazoxanide.Give ondensetron if there is vomiting.
In case of diarrhea it may take 7-10 days for stool pattern to get normal.
Give her plenty of fluids (ORS) to prevent dehydration and watch for danger signs like poor oral acceptance, irritability or lethargy and decreased oral acceptance. If you notice any of these consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please do ask if you have any more query.
Regards
