Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

At the outset, I will be requiring more information for better assessment like

is there any swelling or restriction of joint mobility?
if possible upload me MRI and other reports and photo of injured ankle
have you discussed with your doctor about reconstructive surgery?

you are very young and at this age there are numerous treatment modalities are available for reconstructive surgery, cost of it varies from hospital to hospital among various practitioners.
Physiotherapy and hot fomentation can be tried before going for surgery.

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
waiting for your reply
Best wishes

ok thanks for your help. im just gathering the documents today to get back to you. how do i attach photos or documents to this page? the MRI i have is just a bunch of writting ( no photo ) just appears to be what someones thoughts of the scan are. maybe the radiologist .

currently no swelling or restriction of mobility to my injured ankle ( right ankle ) if anything there is more mobility , when i got fitted for my orthotics from a seperate doctor he did a series of tests and measurements , and his conclusion was that my right ankle curves towards my left foot. i think it was like 10 degrees more then normal ( due to the accident ) so i paid almost 600 for these orthotics. im not sure if they helped or not. my ankle deffinitly hurt more last year then this year. but i have done several different things that could have helped that pain. ( last year i could hardly walk on my right ankle ) things i have done to reduce pain are , stretching ( with rubber bands ) physio therapy and just not doing any activities that are not required , i also use ankle braces daily. i have not discussed this with my doctor due to not having a doctor. and the ones i do talk to reguarding this problem just explain to me that i have to live with this pain... which i cannot i have gained 10-15 lbs and became depressed and am currently on meds for this. ps i hope that this information is completely confidential between you and i ? i dont want any record of this conversation to be in any kind of medical file of any sort. i have the MRI and a photo of my lag the day of the injury im just trying to figure out how to send them to you. thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
You should go for reconstructive surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
you can send reports to YYYY@YYYY with subject 'For Dr BR Hudda' or you can directly upload the reports.

Since there is hypermobility is there in your right ankle, I would advise you to consult an orthopedic doctor for a reconstructive surgery and fixation of it.

Meanwhile I would advise you to take painkiller like diclofenac and hot fomentation to be applied on your ankle.

you should not get depressed, keep yourself motivated, since you are gaining weight and you can't exercise so I would suggest you for dietary or calorie restriction.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
