Question: This is XXXX I wanted to know that do you have a homeopath in your pannel? As I have observed that the request goes to Ayurveda when the selection is done for Homeopath.

To start with about since last 4 months I am experiencing a discomfort in my right wrist. Initially it started as locking of my thumb. when I try to move forcibly to unlock it it gives pain. The pain has now also spread in the right wrist.

its almost 4 months now. pain is mostly experienced in the morning when I get up from bed. Then slowly it vanishes. But when I try a wrist twisting act it hurts. I experienced this also while playing table tennis few days back when my wrist twisted.

Even though if I try to itch my back with my thumb, it locks. And while pushing the thumb it pains.

the location of the pain has been pointed out by my finger in the attached snap.

Think it can be a case of trigger thumb but this stiffness is more in the morning when I get up.

Please answer the following
1 reason for pain any injury, fall ?

Based on finding i am suggesting some Homeopathic medicine. I would suggest you to start as prescribed
1 actea spiceta 30 6 pills three times in day
2 colchicum Q 15 drops with half cup of water three times in day

Avoide Physical work and weight carring
Advice bandaging of wrist to support the moment for 2 to 3 hours each three times in day
You may also apply XXXXXXX warm water once in day.
Wrist would be good. You may consult to physiotherapist for exercise.
Take medicine for a month and update me.

Thanks so much for your advice. As far as I remember I did not have any injury in past days, but may have lifted heavy weight unknowingly. I also realized later that I did not send you the snap showing the location of the pain. I shall anyway use the medicines prescribed by you and let you know.
