Question: CAN YOU RECOMMAND RIGHT HOMEO MEDICINES FOR KNEE ORTHO ARTHRITIES WHICH INCRESES IN THE MORNING WHILE GETTING, AFTER WALKING MORE THAN HALF K.M., BENDING KNEES, ASCENDING AND DECENDING STAIRCASE, UNABLE SIT DOWN , STANDING, AFTER GETTING UP FROM SITTING IN CHAIR. IT IS SOME WHAT RELIEVED WHILE LYING ON THE COT. TRIED MANY HOMEO MEDICINES LIKE RHUSTOX, PULSATILLA, SULPHUR, LACHESIS ( SINCE IT BEGAN IN LEFT KNEE), LAC CANIUM( SINCE PAIN IS MORE IN LEFT AT ONE TIME AND IN RIGHT SOME OTHER TIME, IN BOTHE KNEE SOMETIME. 3 Guicum Q 10 drops twice in day with half cup of water
4 Strontia Carb 3X 4 pills twice in day

Thank you, for sending me the reply so quickly.. I just cannot understand How? urtica urens ( wrongly put as Artica urens in the answer). could help instead of Hymusa. I for got to mention you that I am having head ache problem also, for which doctor has advised me to take combination of --- sangunaria, Cocculus, Lachesis and XXXXXXX Carb all in 30 potency. The pecularity of the headache is I am getting it in the morning before rising, in the right side occipit which goes off with yawning if the head is pressed for about 15 mts. normally I have to take the medicine once inthe night before going to bed. Please let me know can I continue the medicine combination for headache along with the medicines prescribed by you, or you will prescribe some other medicines for that. I am having this headache trouble for more than 6yrs. , but the knee pain is more predominent and trouble some. please advice me immediately. I will try to take the medicines from next week. Please send the reply at your earliest.

Both the medicine are suggested in case of rheumetoid arthiritis specially for joint of long bones. Both the medicine have good result in such cases. Only difference is between two medicine is involvement of small joints.
Hymusa is rare medicine and not easily available in pharmacy so i have given a alternate choice to you.
Regarding headache tell me since how long you are taking the medicine and how was the response of medicine.
There is no problem in taking the medicine along with these medication but you will be overloaded with medicine and that is not good for you.
I would prefer to take this medicine and once you are good then start other medicine for headach.
