Brief Answer:
They should have the same effect! But, never hurts trying!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about your insomnia. These different ways of taking melatonin should in theory produce the same results. However, it could be interesting to try taking both ways and compare to see whether it makes a difference to your insomnia. if it dies, fine and if it doesn't, then you will have no solid arguments to change the way you have been taking it.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Is there anything better than melatonin over the counter??

Brief Answer:
Did you try Benadryl?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you never tried Benadryl, I will suggest you give it a try. The truth is that sleep aids are not equally effective in everyone and therefore getting the right fit for you at times is more of a game of try and error. Do not hesitate to try multiple options so as to increase the chances of picking up what works best for you. However, you have to take each for a reasonable length of time say 3-4weeks before making any switches if deemed necessary. This way we will not change a drug that would have potentially worked well.

I hope this helps. Let me know what your thoughts are and whether there is more you would like us to work on a a this time.
