Brief Answer:
Safe in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The maximum dose of gravidol is 2400 mg/day and methyldopa is 3000 mg/day which is safe in pregnancy.
So, this dose is completely safe in pregnancy.
There is nothing to worry about that.
These medications do not cause any long term complications on the patient.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
